Jeff Arnold is a Co-Owner and an Occupational Therapist at Coastal Hand and Occupational Therapy. The highly-specialized practice find their schedule completely booked most days and due to the complexity of their cases and the nature of wound care, splinting, casting, and much more—they are often "gloved up" and providing high-touch care. 

In other words, they literally can't be typing their notes while they're in a patient visit. 

Jeff says, "patients comes first, which means documentation has to come when we have opportunity to. And so we all end up taking documentation home on nights and weekends."

After signing up for several trials and looking at multiple AI scribing options, Jeff was discouraged that none could provide to workflow and integration with his EMR that he was looking for.
