"It allows us to see which providers are having a harder time keeping up. And as a leader, it gives us an opportunity to address that and help alleviate some of that burden," Jeff says.

Jeff acknowledges that it's not fun for clinicians to focus on the business's finances, but "if we're not paying attention to that, then people don't have jobs, and then people don't get taken care of."
